1 General Provisions
jitaace365 is an online gaming and entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between jitaace365 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its registered users ("User", "you").
These Terms apply to all services, games, bonus offers, payment transactions and all related activities on the platform. jitaace365 provides cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, bingo and other entertainment gaming features.
1.1 Definitions
- Platform: The jitaace365 website, mobile interface and all associated services.
- Account: A user's personal account created through registration.
- Balance: The amount of real money held in a user's account.
- Bonus Balance: Funds received through promotional offers that can be used under specific conditions.
- Wager: The amount of money spent as a bet in a game.
- Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT): The only currency used on the platform.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms. You further confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and reside in Bangladesh.
2 Account Registration and Management
A valid account must be created to enjoy all features of jitaace365. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information to complete the registration process.
2.1 Registration Terms
- Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
- You must provide your full name, an active mobile number and a valid email address.
- If any account information changes, you must contact us immediately to have it updated.
2.2 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately through our 24/7 live chat.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
We reserve the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Identity verification may be required before processing a withdrawal request. A copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued ID may be requested for this purpose.
3 Age Verification and Eligibility
Age Restriction: jitaace365 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Creating or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited.
The following eligibility criteria must be met to create an account and use jitaace365:
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Residence: Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Bangladesh.
- Mental Capacity: Must confirm participation in gaming activities of your own free will and with full understanding.

We may request proof of age verification at any time. The withdrawal process may be suspended until verification is complete. If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be considered void.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
jitaace365 processes financial transactions through popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposits
- Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
- Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
- Please ensure you use the correct payment reference when making a deposit.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
- Processing Time: Generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
- If an active bonus is present, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
4.3 Other Transaction Terms
jitaace365 reserves the right to suspend transactions and request additional information in cases of suspicious financial activity. Compliance with anti-money laundering regulations is an obligation for both us and our users.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200 — giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 15 times (15x).
- Before withdrawing the bonus balance, bets totalling the bonus amount × 15 must be placed.
- Wagering requirements must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is received.
- Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering — see the promotions page for details.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotional offer may be claimed once only, unless otherwise stated.
- In cases of bonus offer abuse, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
5.4 VIP Programme
jitaace365 has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Advancing to a higher level increases weekly cashback and other benefits. VIP benefits are provided under separate terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to modify the VIP programme at any time.
6 Gaming Rules
All games operated on jitaace365 are technically tested and verified to ensure fairness. We work with world-class game providers to keep gaming fair and transparent.
6.1 Game Results
- The results of all games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- No manipulation of any game result is possible on the part of us or the player.
- If a game stops mid-way due to a technical fault, the wagered amount will be refunded.
6.2 Betting Rules
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game.
- A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Please read the specific rules of a game before participating in it.
6.3 Cricket Betting Special Terms
For cricket betting, if a match is abandoned or suspended, the bet is considered void. If a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result will be considered final. Odds offered in live betting are variable, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitaace365 platform and will result in permanent account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering using a false identity or false information.
- Placing bets strategically with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or fault in the gaming platform.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Attempting to play games using automated bots or software.
- Conducting transactions using third-party funds.
- Misconduct or harassment of other users.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Registration using false information.
- Detection of fraudulent activity.
- On the direction of a regulatory authority.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us through 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. You may withdraw your remaining valid balance before the account is closed, however any bonus balance will be cancelled if the specified wagering requirements have not been met.
9 Privacy and Data Protection
